Omaka Marae

A lot of members would have visited this marae close to the airfield, and might even have visited Doug there. Last night was a repeat of the 'Marae DIY' episode, which unfortunately clashed with Idol ( ), but it is available on demand, and gives a bit of a look around the marae, and a bit of history.

I could say a lot about this program but I won't anyone that does watch it will notice that it is all about one family who have highjacked this Marae enough said.
