Baroness Thatcher's funeral

Ive just started watching this on BBC .
Say what you will about the lady (and Im sure you will ) but she is part of history ... she died , and deserves all the attention and respect due her station.
I dont agree with a lot of what she did , but her successors have done little more , or less than she did ...... in fact they seem to have been a stream of wet bus tickets ..... allowing their country to be over run .... etc etc

The protestors just make me sick .... half of them wont know who she is (was) anyway .... and those that do ....well, who cares .... basic respect is all thats required.
Policy aside, she was a mother and a wife , and that alone should be enough to stop this "the witch is dead " cr@p.

Basic respect ... something really lacking in this "give it to me now and to hell with your" age .....

RIP Maggie , you deserve it .

I don't know what they're protesting exactly. She's dead and been out of office for nearly 25 years...she can't exactly change much!

Same sex marriage got the tick of approval in NZ now, so handbags are back in fashion.

I remember her mostly beacause of the Falklands War...no doubt most if not all Falklanders probably are fond of her....agree that protesting at funeral is awful not matter how you hate that person
