Thanks Steel .... bloody hard to get , this formation thing i use is out to get me dry.gif I have to chase the AI , and then pause everything ..... snap away .... let it go again , and hope Im not to far ahead or behind .... hard work.

You are doing it wrong Marty winkyy.gif There is a way that you can make perfect formations in a minute.

I made a tutorial on how to make a formations. I did this on an other forum (where I'm moderator) but I think it can help you out as well. The only thing you need is a small program called FsRecorder. It's the addon that is used by all people who make video's and it's the first addon I install after a FSX re-install. Get it Here Use the stable version for normal use and the alpha version if you want to make smooth video's. This tool records your flight parameters, and can play it back.

This way you can make formations in no time, and make them as big as you want:

Excellent as always!

Regarding formation shots, what I do is use FSRecorder (mentioned above) and record the other aircraft in the shot in slew mode, so that they stay in one spot at the angle I choose. I then play back that traffic alongside my user controlled model, fidget with the camera angles, weather, etc, and take some shots.

Thanks for the heads up guys .... i did have a crack at FSRecorder a long time ago , but lost patience ..... but I'll have another look.
