Thinking off it all and how to approach it , It covers the connection between all services, It started as a Battleship Campaign and moved further as we all no , I think, I looked at it , idea of putting the Spitfire in , it stretched the mind to cover .. the three services , and something related to Flight Sim , .. So we now show , Air - Ground - Sea .

This time wanted to look at the sides , the Turkish Army thrusting a charge , that is one not one of my paintings, love to find out the artist there - simply one that could be studied for hours, but felt appropriate to bleed in it in with two FSX screens .

As an interested observer who grew up in wartime Britain, enthusiasm for ANZACS began early for me. History has revealed that Aussies and Kiwis were at the forefront of many scraps - often used as shock troops when winning was absolutely vital. The Brits recognized they had a good thing and never missed a chance to get them in harm's way. Your poster is very well done.

Thanks Carlos, come April 25th Australian and New Zealand's are visiting the Gallipoli Peninsula again, the ceremony at the now ANZAC Cove, this being the Centennial to the failed advance to take forts around Dardanelles Strait, to take Turkey out of WWI and knock the Ottoman Empire out of the war, early stages Battleships were lost and server damage and the threat of U-boats and mines, this was the next approach and last failed attempt , putting the troops on the beach.

Thanks Ade, I guess there would also be Commemorations in many places in the UK.

It isn't usually marked at all here as commemorations of all campaigns are included in Remembrance Day in November. In fact, me wearing a poppy in April has often been met by total bemusement from work colleagues, friends etc. in the past. Usually I just wear my silver fern black tie. However, with this year's centenary there has been some TV and press coverage. The commemoration services at Gallipoli were on the news tonight and there is more live coverage tomorrow. I watched the dawn service from Auckland Museum live on the net. Wish I could have been there in person.
