Photo-real water, Lyttelton

Some more shots looking at the PTA-tweaked water, which shows the rocky coastline and a better water colour, Lyttelton Harbour.

Wow Rob, any chance you could show a screenshot of your PTA settings? I really looove that water.

Also, I'm experiencing a strange phenomena with water - once I apply the PTA profile and start flying the water looks pretty good, then somehow (after a few minutes) the water changes back to a pretty "static"and flat look. It's not my altitude as I've been flying at 1000ft using autopilot. Any of you experienced this? Can it be cause by changing views (ie switching to external view from cockpit view)?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers, Dan. Bear in mind that this it photoscenery only, and my goal is simply to make the detail of the photoreal water more prominent. The 'water' tab in PTA has a few relevant options, the most effective here is 'limpidity'. I just tweaked this until it looked good to me. My PTA settings have evolved a lot, now I only adjust a few things, but the adjustments tend to be major.

Simply outstanding Rob. Hard to distinguish from the real thing. Well done.

I've only got high level shots from around the area so can't compare to the lower level shots.......................
