I just love those old[er] liveries. So dignified and *classy*. I always thought the newer black schemes were butt-ugly. :ph43r: :ph43r: :ph43r:

I miss him too mate <_< ...all those online debates regarding the "classic" thing  I can still recall when ANZ had one non hush kit 73 still in service , was a real treat when that loud, and smokey old girl gave it all into a norwester on 029

The nearly last of this Variant in the EU from Air Baltic are gone... replaced by Airbus A220-300...
But with all the hype around the Corona-Virus and the closing of the borders means that we can no longer think about flying anywhere.

Hype??? In the friendliest way I take issue with this. I'm nearly 70 years old and with a heart condition - so feeling pretty vulnerable. If the NZ system gets overloaded, I will simply be left to die at home.

Also - try telling people in Italy that it's all hype.

Rant over!
