Very glad that you described the specific location in the screenshot which everybody should do with their screenshots. I always describe location in each of my screenshots.

I checked Google satellite to compare between your MS2020 screenshot and the Google version. It seems to be almost same. The white buildings in the screenshot is in neighborhood of Sockburn.

The circled tracks are called Riccarton racetrack.

Hope the Google map is correct.

If it is MS2024 default ground textures, it must be pretty impressive accurate for city of Christchurch.
