QUOTE (cowpatz @ Nov 7 2012,3:04 PM) A review with plenty of screenies would be nice. CP .. currently working on it .. it just so much fun Carrier landing with a FSX ..no wonder it was so well loved .. think another mission to Wiggy again for extra photos and back to the Virtavia house for a little arm twisting for a Volume 2 , not sure how much weight i would carry but worth a go . /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

That's the first time I've seen "Flight" mentioned since Microsoft shot it down in flames some time ago! I've just had a peek on my hard drive, and it looks like like I've deleted it.... /unsure.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= unsure.gif /> ....I wonder why?.... /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif /> ...! QUOTE (AndrewJamez @ Oct 17 2012,6:29 PM) Does it have camera shake for the external cameras? I have read that the weather engine is hands down better than anything else out there and is less CPU intensive. Will it work in conjunction with auc feel? Not sure why you'd want camera shake on *external* cameras, but yes - I think so. The weather engine is certainly *way* better than REXWE. Though it might be less CPU intensive, I think there may be limits to what you can pump through Simconnect (not that I think OPUS comes anywhere near that). It can live happily with Accufeel, but...

/biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif /> We get so many sales going across the board for flight simulation they make 'Briscoes' look pathetic or come to think even the 'Warehouse' /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif />

QUOTE (deeknow @ Oct 15 2012,1:27 PM) ...Think I'll pickup a couple of those Mediteranean titles, maybe Corfu, maybe Santorini... On impulse I picked up Mallorca, and it is brilliant. I enjoy the island sceneries; you get an airport to fly to, and then you can take a helo tour of the remainder, lots of Easter Eggs. There must be an awful lot of Germans on holiday here: Air Berlin flies in and out, nose to tail.

Both ROF and COD have impressive water textures , reason they work so well is they are limited to the combat zone rather the entire world to contend with .

QUOTE (MichaelBasler @ Oct 6 2012,4:02 AM) I contacted the author for a possible future networked version (via simonnect), which he vehemently excluded. Thanks Michael , think the same go's for me not using full screen , would have been ideal have it on another PC

For those interested in learning this aircraft, let me tell you that while it takes a lot of work, it's very rewarding once you start to figure things out! Here's a startup video featuring a physical simulation of the systems: If you follow this, you should be able to at least get the plane started. For assistance with this and other factors, I do have a learning center established here (as part of a larger forum): Additionally, Project Tupolev has a support forum here (note that there are two separate English-language boards for the FS2004 series and the FSX 154B-2) As always, I...

QUOTE (Naki @ Sep 13 2012,12:40 PM) Got the Waco earlier...but took advantage of your sale on Flight 1 stuff and finally added the Islander to my collection A very good choice! I am sure you will love it. It is probably my favorite light pax plane at the present time. You will love the ability to land it on short strips at the stall speed of just a little over 40 knots /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> And very easy to get back out of difficult airstrips too. The perfect island hopping plane too.
