I'm using NZSI without issues in P3D2 (OrbX trees and road lights unchecked in FTX Central) having used the Estonia Migration Tool (which costs $15) to install it. In my opinion you can take more risks with your P3D2 installation than your FSX one because you hardly have any addons yet, so if it all goes pear-shaped you can just do a new install.
Ian, yes, it seems like if you have already bought it you just need to download it again and the triple installer will be available
