AUscene Hamiliton Island YBHM for MSFS.....Wow.

Amazing detailing.
The scenery being produced for MSFS is prolific. Is it somehow easier to produce scenery for MSFS versus the other legacy sims? I would have thought the opposite given the level of detail and realism.

I really do need to commit to a new rig configuration soon . I have been waiting for the RTX4000 series GPUs to settle down a bit in both specs and price. A lot of weird stuff happening with the 4080 vs 4070TI and triple fan cooled 4070s etc. Then there is founders additions etc. The VRAM is also a bit disappointing in these cards, at only 12 GB. Perhaps 16 GB should really be the minimum with 24 Gb the optimum.
Then of course there is the 3D cached 7000 series AMD cards that shouldn't be ruled out. Doh!

I have a batch of screenshots of Nelson which made me think the same thing.
I must remember to post them, there are bits that make you shake your head.

However. With the right kind of user base, you can expend plenty of resources in production.

And that was back in 2020.
When I start the sim I look at the MSFS Marketplace (as intended by MS) and am amazed too.
It's what I waited about ten years for, in sim wilderness.
