Lot of the troubles were caused taken short cuts by company ground crew , the worst example was using a forklift to replace engine force it into place bending and stressing the fixture bolts.. when the thrust was applied on take off snapped the bolts and the engine was rip off , that was a American Airlines at Chicago's O'hare . This caused all the fleets around the world to be grounded course within the same year Air New Zealand the debacle with the Erebus disaster .
