I think you might be talkiing about the new EZCA camera addon which is the comersialized vesion of EZDOK walk and follow. I think it is sold through flight1.
Its now version 1.5 and has track IR5 support and heaps of cool cockpit effects like vibration when taking off and the external cameras have a shake to them as if they were real cameras mounted out on the wing.
But best of all is the cudegra!! A new external spot camera that is still in development that floats freely independant from the aircraft as if you were looking at it from another aircraft.
The EZCA addon is great for sim pilots aswell, not just video makers.

Check this link out and spread the word. It is the holy grail of camera views.
