Right, well, here's a listing, with links and images where possible, of Russian and/or Eastern Bloc aircraft that are in progress for FSX.
Starting with the projects with a very high likelihood of completion/release.....
1. Antonov An-28 / M-28
http://www.simhangar.com/forum/viewtopic.p...98&start=80
That link starts on page 9 (images on lower portion), and there are more pictures on pages 10 through 12. You can also plug the website into Google Translate to see roughly what they are saying (but you can't expand the images when going through the translator).
It looks like progress has been made as of this month, so it seems to have a very, very high likelihood of being released sometime within the next few months.
2. Ilyushin Il-62
No images yet, but here's an update from one of the developers at my request. This also has an almost 100% likelihood of being released sometime in the coming months. A Project Tupolev production.

3. Continual updates of the Tupolev Tu-154B2
Project Tupolev continues to improve on the FSX-Native Tu-154B-2 that they released in early December by producing ever-more patches/updates for it.
4. Tupolev Tu-144
There seems to be a version 3.02 in beta right now at the Avsimrus forums.

Now for the less assured projects......
5. Tupolev Tu-204

Some Ukranian team is apparently making one. No idea about its status or likelihood of completion at this point.
6. Let L-410 Turbolet
Looks like a new project by an English-speaking developer/team. They're off to a good start, and we can only hope that their progress continues.

UPDATE: Just heard from the developer. He said he can't promise anything yet since it's so early in the project, but he was the 3D modeller that made the PWDT version that was so popular in 2004!
And those that may be long shots, and/or with extremely limited info.
7. Sukhoi Su-24
http://www.avsim.su/forum/topic/95926-suho...m/page__st__120
Looks like there is an Su-24 project that just started, but if the atrocious Translation service is anything to go by, the team as tried doing other aircraft, and have ran into the problem of not being able to find competent programmers of Russian avionics.
Other statuses as of April 2011 (thus, long-shots. Could not find meaningful more recent info):
SCS (Soviet Classic Sims I believe...) continues to work on a payware Tupolev Tu-134 for FS2004.
Samdim gave their Yak-42 exterior model to an enthusiast team who states that they will add a VC. Likely FS2004 only, but who knows.
Samdim also gave their An-10/12 exterior model to a team wanting to introduce it to FSX with a VC. Unknown status.
There seems to have been multiple An-24 projects going on at one time, but at least two developers seem to have lost time, and/or interest in them. Unknown if we'll see an An-24 for FSX soon.

Samdim posts #8 and 10.
