MilViz have posted some pics of their work in progress Chinook CH47, looks fantastic, beautiful detailing in the VC, more gritty and generally a bit more detail than the Virtavia model by the looks, and a big step up from the Area51 model too...

That is really nice. 2D panels as well as VC?
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

Not sure if you're aware, but Nemeth Design is also working on one. It'll come with the recently released Sonic Solutions sound pack.

Is it me or are the rear landing gear on the MILVIZ CH-47D facing the wrong way? The rear landing gear strut should be on the inside of the tyre/wheel and not on the outside?

Just my two cents worth.... It does look pretty good though.

Cheers.

Other way around ... you have to kill yourself or you would have Uncle Crazy Colin chasing after you again , to kingdom come . pirate.gif

Thanks Timmy, its being worked on, the model is still in beta and has a few small problems, The guys are doing everything to make sure it will be fit for release

but to be honest, once its handed to nemeth, its hard to say what will happen

The Virt bird is ok, but it still comes down to Nemeth and their ability
