Get it all with this complete state photoreal scenery package for California, USA. Your FSX world is about to be changed for the better. Forget those other fake sceneries that do not represent what's really there in the real world. MegaSceneryEarth uses REAL photos to create our textures, and every texture is unique.

Unlike replacement texture sets (GEX, FTX Global, FScene etc), EVERY MegaSceneryEarth texture tile is unique and matches what you see in the location you are flying over to what is there in the real world. This allows true VFR flying to be achieved in FSX with near perfect accuracy, something which is far more difficult with other non-real scenery addons. Plus, MegaSceneryEarth 2.0 textures just look a whole lot better too!

The much-awaited release of California is now here, and it completes the lower 48 states coverage of the USA in MegaSceneryEarth 2.0 textures. This is history-making scenery. No other series in the history of Flight Simulator has delivered such massive coverage area in photoreal detail, and no other scenery project will likely ever do so again!

Fly the entire state - BORDER to BORDER - of California in photoreal detail.

The third largest state in the USA, California is massive at over 163,695 square miles in size and has 600 airports.

You'll see everything that you see in California in real life in the scenery. Imagery is clear and crisp 50 cm source throughout for a stunningly realistic scenery.

As an added bonus, we now provide all the VFR and IFR charts in digital PDF format to enable you to get the most out of your scenery. This includes 5 Sectionals, 3 Terminal Area Charts, 7 IFR enroute charts, 3 VFR Flyways Planning Charts and a 1046 page book of Instrument Approach plates, Airport Diagrams, SIDs and STARs, and an Airport Facility Directory. The charts are downloadable along with your scenery files.

Some of the cities and landmarks you'll get to enjoy as you explore California include:
• Cities: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Fresno, Sacramento, Oakland, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Stockton, Palm Springs
• Lakes & Water Bodies: Lake Tahoe, Salton Sea, Owens Lake, Searles Lake, 840 miles of Pacific Ocean coastline
• Mountains & Hills: Mt Whitney (14,452 ft), Sierra Nevada, Mount Williamson, White Mountain Peak, Crooks Peak, Mount Shasta, Mount Russell, Split Mountain and a total of 50 peaks above 13,500 ft.

Autogen... someone who has about 3 million years of free time I suspect tongue.gif
There is a lot of data for the USA. It would fit on a 2TB drive though with a little to spare.

Re Hawaiian Islands. They are next! It will include all the islands in the chain this time as well.
ETA on that one is roughly 4 weeks. We are taking a little bit of a break until the next one, as we have been pumping out 1 complete U.S. state per week for the last year, so its well earned.

But be prepared... There is more on the way in the future, and it may not just be limited to the USA either tongue.gif
