There is an update available for FTX Australia and New Zealand AI Traffic freeware from ORBX. Among other things it fixes the am'orous Real Journeys aircraft on the apron at FTX NZQN airport. Also includes the 600 series ATR72, updated liveries for Fiji Air, adds and updates all NZ & AUS International traffic and quite a few other improvements. Note; You must have the base freeware FTX AI Traffic installed first.
For AI traffic in AUS & NZ this package takes a lot of beating and real easy on frame rates.

Have to agree with that - their AI package is good, and I appreciate their efforts in updating it. thumbup1.gif
There are few things worse than empty airports. My old FS9 'modern' was chock-a-block with WoAI, and my current FS Classic naturally has all the brilliant stuff from CalClassic.

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Yeah it is great but I wish they would get rid of all the blasted Cessna Cardinals masquerading as all sorts if Cessnas. When I find time I might get my HTAI Cessnas back on my AI set up along with part of the GNZLAP (HTAI Cessnas only) package. Any ideas the best and quickest way to do this?

That would have to be a question for latest in the long, long line of NZFF Super Hero's 'AI-Charl' cool.gif

It would be interesting to see if they gradually extend routes , if they have not already .... out further .... I don't get outta my cave to much unsure.gif

Uncheck 'FTX GA AI Traffic' in the Orbx traffic control panel- download the 'gnzlapre'.zip' from flightsim.com but only copy the traffic BGLS into Scenery\World\Scenery and the Aircraft folder into SimObjects\Misc (and callsigns if you use EditVoice Pack X).

I backed up all my HTAI folders from my old FS9 set up, and have a 148mb zip of all the base models that need to be extracted to the AI aircraft directory and merged with Charl's folders from the zip to work. These include modified 'prop-hs.bmp' textures to make the propellers see through in FSX rather than black circles. If you need this zip, I can upload it for you somewhere.

Just looked on the FTX page but I see no update, or are you referring to update 4.10? Can you throw a link?

Ah ok, this update has been around a little while already. I was thinking there was version 5.0 or something, who knows, maybe in Prepar3d V2, eh?
