It took a year plus for the 777 to even get something looking like it, its that gestation period going between the codeing and the textures .. both are very time consuming and even with constant updates ... basic your a tester, which is good because everyone's PC's are different, same with scenery and airport builds ... knowing a little about this game it can get frustrating as well depending on the details people will come back with negatives.

Well said Ian , and i appreciate what your saying. Just dont understand why they would release the product without the most important part (for most simmers) ... the cockpit.
I know i have said that systems , and therefore the cockpit isn't so important to me (for what i do) .... but this one i really want to "fly" and an airbus pit just dosent cut it ..... theres a throttle missing for starters dry.gif and why should i try to hook up the JF one (panel) too it .... i shouldn't .

Im sure Tristar fans would have been happy to wait for a full product , and associated upgrades or patches to fix any glitches , rather than this 3/4 baked (but beautiful) aircraft.
In my opinion , these guys peaked with the C-130 , and from then on it became a little odd ....again , just my opinion.
And unless they can produce something exceptional and complete in the future ....no more coin from me , and Ive been supporting them since the Mig-21, Yak days.

Im not grumpy , just disappointed.

I'm the Opposite, people keep saying "gimme gimme gimme" , I love going thru the test stages with the 737 , the best example of having another group jump in and do wonders was the Milviz team hooking into the Cap's B-52 , Marty you have enough toys to keep you going till the Tristar gets its office, a new year will show results winkyy.gif

Im not saying "gimme gimme gimme" at all .... im saying , let me have a complete product. Its not hard to get your head around ... yes you can test and test until the cows come home, thats great ...but until thats done ... dont release it.
As i said , i would rather have the whole thing .... warts and all ... and then a patch or two , than this. Its not good business practice... in fact far from it.
Can you imagine Toyota , or whom ever releasing a product only 3/4 complete ... would never happen , and there is no excuse for this.
IF ITS NOT READY ... DONT SELL IT ......

Are its one off those things that rattle ya missing the fine print , it when its a WIP and promised .. classic example was the Cloud9 Phantom for FSX then reverse comments and change the literary .. seems to happen regularly recent these days.
