Flypfc Yoke, Throttle Quadrant & Pedals

Postby frostynz » Wed Jul 08, 2015 10:07 pm

Hey Folks,

Had this 8-9 years.

It's fitted with a Cirrus Saab Yoke.

It's Serial rather than USB (comes with a serial card).

It works 100% and never given any trouble.

I am thinking about upgrading to some newer PFC stuff.

You would be looking at about NZD2500.00 based on todays exchange rates excluding freight to replace from the US.

If anyone's interested (I would like to get $600.00 for the lot) please PM me.

I am happy to provide a money back 30 day guarantee if you are not happy with it.

cheers Dave

I had owned the more recent USB Yoke, console, and jet throttle quad and agree that this stuff from PFC just works and is built with endurance in mind. Hope it goes to a good home.

I was recently given, for free, a Saitek Pro Flight Yoke, Pedals, and Throttle unit....

Something I would never have purchased for myself...far too expensive!.... ...!

..and after a very short time (five minutes... :P ....) I went back to my trusty Saitek Cyborg X, Fly5 Joystick!.... ...!

I couldn't cope with all the clutter in front of me, and under my feet!... ....!

As I don't take the Game/Sim too seriously... :wink2:... , I find that my little Twist Joystick performs all the operations that I require in the program, and takes up no room on my table in front of me...

I can look at the monitor screen without straining my neck, peering over a Yoke!.... :D ...!

(That's no "yoke"...I can tell you!).... ...!

Yoke and Pedals...been there, got the Tee-Shirt....back to a twisty stick of joy now!.... :D ...!

For all my other zillions of computer games, the QWERTY keyboard and Logitech USB Game-pad does the job!

Paul...rarely in a "serious" mood...Remember....Its only a load of coloured Pixels in front of you...and a vivid imagination!.. ...!

Understand your input on this but for this old boy now too old or broke to fly, the realism that the Saitek equipment (I have the yoke/pedals/double quadrant/multi panel/switch panel and comnav panel ) is just superb and really helps with the enjoyment. Then with an airline pilot son training me in IFR work etc I do take it rather seriously. everyone to want they enjoy.
