It's still early Sunday Morning (Xmas Eve) up here in the land of the Anglo-Saxons, so a while to go before I prepare the Parrot for slow roasting overnight!
All the Veg will be prepared now, for cooking on Xmas Day.
On Xmas Day the Parrot will be properly cooked, the veg will be nice and soft, and everything will be covered in my special Gravy!
...and I can open that big bottle of Irish Cream which has been seriously on my mind for the last few days...
