(WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE BUILT?)
mine would have to be as follows....
1.Fletcher fu24 , what happen when it came to this one ?
2.westland wasp helicopter there a nice one at motat
3.kaman seasprite helicopter hopefully be one at motat when then decomission them
4. bk117 helicopter is there ever going to be a nice model made ?
5.fu27 i think its called , another dusting plane
thats just a short list, but there are lots more that you out there will add ,
it has been abit of a short coming when it comes to dusting planes for nz fs
they are a very important history in new zealand and aircraft and it would be nice to see them in fs
just add to the list , there mite be someone with the skills to make some of these aircraft for us ,(wouldnt that be great )
there is such a history in these aircraft it would be a great shame not to try and get them made ,just havent figured out how on my behalf :(

cheers mike

Probably easier saying what I wouldn't like to see built. I wouldn't like to see any more come out thats already built, for example, just how many developers do we need building 747's, 777's, 737's, A3XX etc etc. There is a HUGE gap for turboprobs and GA aircraft that need done and no one is touching them, so I would like to see that gap filled, Also some more Embraer jet and prop, Canadairs would all be great...

On the freeware side of things id like to see more realistic panels avalible for large jets, like a good 777 panel with a extensive overhad etc.. like lonny paynes (sorry i can't spell hat name!) for the 757\767 wich is brilliant and i an't find anything else like it for boeing ac.

oh and I would like a freeware piper P-38 :D

I would love to have a decent (realistic) Saab SF-340 in Air New Zealand colours (of course!), one that has a photoreal panel would be a huge plus! B)
That and a cresco topdresser....not too much to ask!

SAAB 340 is a good one but a decent payware model is on the way (looks worth the money anyway). I am really into VC's so a decent Bandeirante with VC would be cool. I also like the variety of the same models out there its good to have a choice.

Just remember guys model development is a long and involved process and you gotta at least like the aircraft that you model or nothing would get done :D

I'd agree with the Dusters, both the Piston engined Fletcher, and the later Cresco Turboprop. Would also like to see a lot more twin Turboprops, a really nice Saab -340 would be great. Am using Mike Stone's 340 with 2 different Air NZ textures, ZK-NSK & ZK-FSD. Textures are a little blurry on both. Found a fairly nice panel for it though. Would also love to see a freeware DC-3 for FS-9, or at least a set of New Zealand National Airways textures for the default.

Who is developing the Saab 340 and do you know when it is being released?

A Fox would be fantastic! I'd pay for one if someone had the guts to make it, such a historic aircraft and nice-looking too!

There's a couple of Kiwi warbirds which are under-represented in the FS universe (unless I'm looking in the wrong places :ph43r: ), namely the Nanchang CJ-6a (why has no-one done one yet????), perhaps a Polikarpov I-153, would it be too much to ask for a Yak-3 and -11? A two-seat Vampire, Lockheed 12, Airco DH5, there are others I'm probably missing out on as well. Some NZ repaints of existing Harvards, P-51s, Spitfires and Hurricanes etc would be brilliant.

I'd be one of the first in line for a Fu24 and Cresco (Wanganui Aero Work colours OF COURSE!), a BK-117 would be cool (even though I'm not much of an FS rotorhead). Another duster I'm guessing you gents may not have heard of, the Commonwealth CA-28 Ceres, is also absent from FS download sites.

And, not NZ-related but still one of the coolest aircraft ever to take to the air, the Piper PA-48 Enforcer. And I'd kill for a Pfalz D.IIIa. And a CAC CA-11 Woomera.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Woomera B) .

There is a BK-117 floating around somewhere, I'll see if I can dig up the link. And by the way, there is also a repaint of it in Lion Foundation Rescue colours ;) .

Thats the thing, it's just a humble trainer ( ;) ) but it's so popular now. I'm hoping to get into warbird flying once I have my licence, and I'm looking forward to flying the Nanchang...........thing is, I'm amazed that there's not one available for FS.

Are there any Kiwis who might be keen to do one, or perhaps one of the Statesdie developers (they do have more than 200 of them flying over there......)?

A4K Skyhawk(both the original version and Kahu upgrade version), in standard lizard colour scheme with full working pit, ramp start, working MFDs, Avionics with damage modelling, INS alignment and weapons functionality. Maybe TA-4K with working backseat for my WSO to use online as well :D . Also full Advanced flight model plus departure modelling. And 6dof with HUD colimation.

If your not adverse to payware have a look here these seem fairly nice and comprehensive.
