they used to run heli-biking at my uncles farm. if you can afford it, it would be a great thrill.
personally, i don't ski or mountain bike. so maybe just a scenic heli ride for me :D

I can vouch for heliskiing - great fun!

Went heliskiing for half a day in the Harris Mountains in knee-deep soft powder snow, out the back of Queenstown a few years back.

We got 4 runs in before lunch. Each time the heli dropped us at the very top of some fairly steep peaks - in some cases there was barely room for the helicopter to set down. Ended up with a nice wine and cheese lunch out in the middle of nowhere and then getting dropped back to the hotel by helicopter.

Stunning scenery, great skiing and exhilarating heli flying, but very expensive!!

[Might try my hand at that paint job too ;) ]
