How powerful do the video cards get before they need a plugg to the power supply? Would a geforce 7600GS need one? Also, do PCI-e video cards use 6 pin connectors?

I was reading on this site, they had 4 pin to 6 pin PCI-e adapters, so I was wondering if Im going to need one :)

i'm not sure. i think they use those 6-pin adapters. but i think a 7600GS wouldn't need one.
