I have been doing most of my multiplayer flying in OZ at the vistaoz site.

Just wondering about any NZ multi groups and where and how to join. Would love to fly NZ skies with company.

And if you dont want a waste time signing up to "IVAO" or "VATSIM" the inspire server has ATC, so its NOT just them

It is not a waste.
Both systems have their advantages and disadvantages.
Whatever you choose should be based on your needs and what you feel is best for you.
ATC is available on both systems, although as far as I know, Craig is a Lone Ranger.

This is probably not the thread to discuss the relative merits of the different systems.

They all offer something different, and as mentioned, it's best to go with what is comfortable for you. I wouldn't say any system was 'better' or 'worse' than any other, for that reason alone.
