Comp spec
Wimdows xp /fat 32 files/ pent processor 2.8 Grafics card Nvidea FX5600 128MG
1020 MG RAM
Problem .When playing in multiplayer function and i wish to join a game ,i can only load in single engine aircraft. If i try to load multi engine aircraft the loading process reaches to (waiting for all players data to load 99%) and freezes at that point.
TO DATE I have followed through with all the standard fixes that f/s help suggest to improve multiplayer function.I have reloaded the game several times and loaded it on to a seperate drive with no avail.Replaced the disks and reloaded /updated graphics drivers /.My connection is broadband / Tried changing modem/ Had 3 different guys who advertise their professional services They all seemed to be going over the same ground.Had a check on comp memory which seemed ok If i host a game there does not seem to be a problem as i can enter the game with a multiengine a/craft. All other functions of the game seem fine. Droped all firewalls .In a bit of a tail spin alright?##%"? Anyone help THANKS :(

Maybe try entering the game with a single engine aircraft and then changing to a multi-engine aircraft. ;)

Sadly in fsx you cant change your aircraft during a multiplayer flight, I havnt the slightest clue why ms would not alow it, seems very odd...

Hmm, this is an interesting one. I cant see any good reason why multi engine aircraft wont load, particularly as you said if you host a session everything is fine.

So just to clarify, if you host a session players with multiengine aircraft appear and all is ok?

If you try to join a session FSX loads 'players' but crashes at 99% load? What aircraft are you joining a session in? FSX default or one you have installed?

Default as in default FSX aircraft rather than 3rd party add-on aircraft.
