This month, Carenado are once again sponsoring our competition. This means that the person who wins with the best screenshot this February will receive a product of their choice from the Carenado website, www.carenado.com ... Now that's an incentive for you all to enter!

--------------------
Here is our 10th monthly Screenshot Competition, which is free to enter for all the members of NZFF.

This month's rules are as follows:

1) The screenshot must be from FS2004 or FSX, and the position of the shot must be somewhere over New Zealand territory.

2) The image size must be as close as possible to 984 pixels wide- read the uploading screenshot guide to find out how to re-size your shot. Please keep a high res version saved on your computer as the admin may request it from you at the end of the month to convert it into a site banner!

3) Images can be submitted from February 1st to February 28th 2007, with only one entry per member. You can change your submission if you want, just delete the old one and replace it with a new one.

4) On February 28th, a poll will open and run for a few days to decide who has the best image, then the winner will have a cropped version of their image appear in the NZFF banner as well as receiving the Carenado prize!

5) Editing is allowed, if you know how to do it. The more stunning your shots look the better!

6) This month's theme is 'High n' Fast' ... how you go about displaying that is up to you, be creative!

7) A new rule now that we are offering prizes, each member who enters must have made at least 10 posts on the NZFF forums before they can enter.

All the best to everyone who enters, now let the games begin! :ph43r:

Great shot Charl (and everyone else) - your Avatar certainly gave me ideas - it would be hard to get a plane that goes higher and faster than a SR-71 - now off to the Avsim library to top it.

Okay I couldn't top the SR-71 so I guess this is considered high & fast in 1945 - Spitfire Contra Prop Racer over Wanaka - edited - now something faster - Phantom over the bay

I dont think i'd call this a serious contender for the screenie comp, but its something "different".
It can fly HIGH and FAST,.......... but it has one other attribute that none of the other aircraft i have seen so far have............................
It can also fly LOW and FAST,............... in fact so LOW, that it can fly UNDERWATER !!!

Anybody recognise it ??? Come on you "old" fellas like me, you should recognise it........

Good on ya Ian,...................... I figured you would recognise it.
Yep, the Flying Sub that flew from the hanger bay under the front of the submarine USS Seaview in "Voyage to the bottom of the Sea".
