hi everyone

i was just wondering if there was a decent model of a harvard that will work in fsx
cause i was looking at painting a harvard in the different colpour schemes of the roaring 40's aerobatic team

Its funny you should ask this, Ian W, Robin C and myself had a good chat about a 'decent' Harvard model for FSX and FS9, they convinced me to make one (like I needed convincing  ) and I'm delighted to say that this has been passed on to another guy, James Eden who will do a fantastic job. He's developing it in 3DSMax rather than Gmax, so expect all the bells and whistles, and level of detail beyond compare :)

Fantastic job? Can't I just do a mediocre job? :P

It's slowly coming along. Just trying to model when I can and when I have the energy. Heat is sapping all my strength when I get home from work at the moment. But rest assured, a Kiwi Harvard ye shall receive.

James Eden ..... Is that the Trains, Boats & Planes James Eden
well Trains & Planes anyway unless you tell us where to find your boats.

I hope you are still thinking about trains at least
Good modeller

Perhaps good is understatement

I have an excellent T6 Texan (the US name for it) on my sim.. that might be worthy of repainting. I can't find the exact aircraft I have installed, but if you look on this page at the top: http://www.simviation.com/fs2004vintage42.htm you will see another nice one, or perhaps I have a repaint of this one. Might be worth a try?
I don't use FSX, I wouldn't know if it's compatible.

Hopefully I can knock a FS9 version too, but at the moment, I'm purely FSX, so don't hold your breathe too long. Apparantly bad for the health :)

(and yes Moe, it is I, just waiting on a new TS to model for ;) )
