Nope, you take off from Wellington then land again. That's if the fog lifts....

:P

Seriously though, it sounds like a great idea, let us know what airports are included!

as well as a Long Haul World Tour to complement the IFR and VFR World Tours,

This is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will the long haul world tour count as a world tour towards the goldon wings?

"Given to any user having at least Commercial Captain, 4 World Tours ended, Heavy Weather, King of Sky for more than 12 months and more than 2000 hours logged as Pilot."

:P

Yea, I'd say so, but focus on getting the CC rating, as I think that may be slightly harder to get. :P

Haha, will do Matt, and Zöltuger, its Dangerous approaches, procedures and things (I think, I am not 100% sure ;) ).

oh that's not so bad then. i thought maybe the apron would have potholes that you had to dodge, or maybe some muggers hanging out in the departure lounges that you had to avoid.

I've flown to airports on the East Coast a couple of times, found them quite similar, was just a joke. ;)

Lol, I have, twice. I have reposted my 'OZ Tour 2006' recently on NZFF if you can be bothered reading my pages and pages of writing... or maybe just check out the screenies :P

By the way Craig, Alex was just making a friendly joke, please don't take it too seriously. The whole point of having a community forum for our hobby is for each others entertainment, and we like to keep things light hearted ;)

I accidentally left the hatch open between flights yesterday, and had quite a surprise when I later discovered some unexpected passengers. Had my very own 'Snakes on a Plane' thing going! :o (had to do some impromptu aeros to encourage then to leave! )

Who said Ozzie airports are not dangerous? :P ;)

Heh, one of a Kiwi's favourite sports is winding up the Ockers, it's just toooooo easy, they take the bait every time :P

I only support two teams, NZ and anyone playing Australia

Doesn't look like a 737 to me, possibly an A330 or something. ;)
