Being a non-native, I can pick where I like, so... This is Peter Lohr's rather brilliant Mount Cook, and the Just Flight Seneca II (FS9).

Just as the sun peeks over the mountains... :)

My hometown is Lyttelton, so here I am... you can't really get out to the end of the wharf now, so this is a 'retro' screenshot.
This is one of those default-objects-dropped-into-FSX sceneries, which I may release once I iron out the kinks.

here's FSX's rendition of the greatest city in NZ
thankfully I cropped out the 5 cargo ships congregating in the middle of the harbour, must have been some party.

Here's mine - approaching runway 7 at the Mount in my trusty Baron. Marina and the lights of Tauranga City in the background on another typically stunning evening in the Bay.

Edit: Now replaced with ZK-TAF taking off from NZTG

Edit: replaced again

whoops forgot abot the landing light  - I was playing around with different time settings and I was orginally playing around with shots in the middle of the day and completely forgot about turning the landing lights on.
