*sorry to the guys that have already seen these over at vANZ, thought I might as well share them here as well*
Here's a few shots of a flight I did this avo, Wanaka through to Christchurch. Lovely day for flying up the South Island, anyway onto the pics...
Our ride for the day Echo Alpha Charlie...

Lined up and ready to roll Runway 29 at Wanaka...

Gear up...

Climbing out past Wanaka township and making our right turns to track to TARAX on the GULOV 1A departure. The runway is just visible above the right wing in the third shot...

Tracking for KALDI now, Lake Wanaka and Hawea in the distance...

Cruising now, that's Mount Cook at the top of Lake Pukaki, New Zealand's highest peak...

Spot the plane...

On descent over the Canterbury plains now and the NZCH Metar is indicating a visual app should be available...

And I got the visual too, there's the Port Hills in the background...

I love in the 1900 how you can come in on the barber's pole to 5 mile's out before having to start slowing up...

You can tell I've been flying heavies for the last couple of years, what a float...

Thanks for flying Eagle Air...

Hope you guys enjoyed, comments always welcome!

Thanks for sharing those! Very enjoyable.

I always go way past my TOD in the B1900D, but it descends so quicky, and slows up well..
