Can't start session with addon aircraft

As the title says. I can't sart a game with an addon aircraft. It will get the loading screen but won;t load, then it will CTD. I can start a game with a default aircraft and then change but this is becoming a pain. I recently added autothumbnail so this may be part of the problem.

Is this any specific aircraft? Many addons recommend you start with a default and then switch to them anyhow, for correct initialisation. (I've certainly had trouble in the past startin the sim with a complex addon aircraft already loaded)

Alternatively, can you be sure the problem didn't exist before Autothumbnail? (don't have it myself - still make my thumbnails the old fashioned way! ) What happens if you de-install it?

It is only Project Opensky Planes(POSKY) I never had a problem with them before. It just started a few days ago. I did download some environment things but i doubt that would have anyhing to do with it.

Hmm. Try renaming your fsx.cfg, and see if that helps. (if it does, copy your changes back one at a time, to see which was the culprit)

It seems to be fine now. I had a "faulty" fsx.cfg so i removed it and presto! Thanks for the help G-HEVN
