Also this morning testing out the bo105 i started up fs9 and it said that it could not find the path of fs9 and my fraps is not working with camera movements goodness knows what else is wrong within the fs9 install
why you ask that i bring this up in this post ,,
well its simple i uninstalled fsx&sp1 {look back a page  } that was on a different drive C/ and fs9 on D/
i remember this happening last time i did it ,for some reason unknow to me fsx has corrupted my fs9 after uninstalling it from a different drive
this to me is way of the mark and im not impressed again ,now i have to find reinstall different apps that have taken forever to load in the system not like the default fsx that made a wooping 13gb on my h/drive .to my little install of fs9
good luck to you all :(

Yes, that is pretty slack, and shouldn't happen, but I think it just loses the registry path.
You can run the Flight1 utility to reset the registry.

yeah i reset and found path sweet but also there is flickering in fs9 now as also was the case in fsx i notice ,and i know my card isnt giving up the ghost quite yet ,this was also like the first time i ran fsx in this system.
very weird goings on there because that was a older card last year and a different install etc.. on both
so it looks like im going to have to do alot more to get the older version working again if not install again ..ill try the flight1 utility and see where i get ..
apart from the downside to fsx at the moment dont get me wrong fsx has alot of great new features and i wish i could run it at the standed ive been working towards all these years,,
I dont want to be left behind in the scenery design stuff but i suppose they are made all the same and just have to read tuts went the times change ...

Go to Add/remove Programs and turn on 'show updates'.
