nah, they look pretty sturdy- but I think the Qantas ones are keypad locked, so if you watched the purser carefully you could get the code and barge in. Only to say hi, of course. :ph43r:

There it is! I thought I lost it etc. Sorry if it sounds pretty dodgy. I just wanted to know the possibility of a possible take-over of the aircraft. With the door locked.

Customs/Security would allow you to board with a battering ram with your carry-on?


Things like the trollies, wheelchairs etc. could be used as a potential ram.

They were used to break the door down on one of the 9/11 flights(the one that crashed into the ground) they went down fighting for the helpless

So techincally speaking. A cockpit intrusion seems possible, would they have any undercover cops etc on the plane like in the US?

I dont think its as easy as you think... See my earlier posts.

Air Marshalls are not on NZ flights yet as far as I know. Last year they were talking about getting them, Im not sure whats happened since then...
