Well ive had these on my hardrive long enough now and ill proberly never get around to finshing them fully to what you guys call finshed but they are still the closes repaint at the moment that shows the true colours of the westpac chopper all the sticker blend nicely and it looks to me Awesome
dont expect them to be floorless they are not but all the same sweet enough for now ...plus its a steping stone for the other westpac paints that i hope someone will do ..

yeah this is the closes i can get you on dial up to the download at hovercontrol forums bk117 topic
its the third posting on that page ..
sorry i cant get to the german pages where its is but this link should get you the model no problems
there is a fuel problem with this chopper it runs out fast on the first tank about 5min then refuel it and it will do the miles winkyy.gif

Mike it's really good of you to do this...
Not bad for a beta, sure there are strange issues around the engine and fuel management, but it's a nice visual model.
I slapped a sticker on the tail and found I mis-scaled it, but know what?
It'll just stay on until the final product is released.



Actually you could stick on anything including a Coke badge, sponsorship is a fast-moving thing.

Hey guys thanks heaps for liking it ,you know what ive got heaps of them lying in a state of nearly finshed or good enough for me , im sorry that i dont do more stuff for the south ,but with Ian, Robin and many other Good guys down there you have it covered ,this is my little cheers for all the cool stuff, im just sorry i couldnt finsh more of it for you ,i tend to just fit this fs stuff in now ,and i tell you i get in trouble for it sometimes as im suppose to be modeling for work not for fs tongue.gif once a addict always a addict ,well of flightsim anyway biggrin.gif

I think I saw HJC flying in circles above Pakuranga at lunch time today for about 40 minutes- any idea what that was about?

HHHHmmm thats a long way from home ,ive been in auckland for about a week now and from where i am i here them starting up and departing there has been alot of choppers in out this week i spotted even a huey doing a little loop d loop over mount vic lastnight while i was waiting for dinner ,,mite of just been the ak one ???

HHHHmmm thats a long way from home

Whoops- I meant -HLN (that was the one that replaced -HHV right?). Still, it was circling around above land like they were searching for someone, which is what Eagle usually does. Any ideas why it would be doing that, its not it's usual duty is it?

Yeah i had a look at this one and decied to put the one i did as more of a tem plate download for the other bk117s in westpac colours as this one you mention has some floors in the blending of the westpac logos and is alittle off putting ,but all the same a repaint ..the textures i did wont take much to wack new sponsers logos on still maintaining the blended westpac logo on the sides..

There has never been a update to this chopper ,actually the beta model has never been updated ether , it does work in X but the textures i did dont yet
at the moment ive been just building for the FRENZY project , so wont be able to mod them finished anytime soon .

Mike .. the FRENZY project is no rush ! thats a year plus long project .. you dug boot in and complete with result already ... take a BREAK .. :)

huh? no i don't mean the heli, i mean the updated westpac textures that charl added some sponsor logos to. oh, on second thoughts, it doest really matter.

Anyone else noticed this thing is a gas guzzler!?!? 100% of fuel gone in like 10 mins!

Yeah it had that problem just land it or wait for to run out and refuel the payload options etc and this thing will almost get from top to bottom in NZ on one tank there is a fix out there somewhere for it but i never worryed about it just like a warm up to me ..
