Meeting up

Looks like I started something -

Andrew _ Sportavex is in Tauranga - every two years (homebuilts mainly but also the odd warbird - probably more this time). The airshow is on the 17th February 2008 - see here.

Bit far away yet - maybe meet before Xmas on the 10th of November like Ian said or wait?

A better time for me would be mid-December, as I have exams from the 20th November - but I might be able to squeeze a quick trip in around that date.

Ah ok- well I'd like to go to that too. Plus Wanaka. What I was thinking of though, was the 'Wings and Wheels over Waikato' which is on the 7th/8th/9th March 2008. (No gate sales by the way, must be booked online)

Mind if i but in here?

Hey just wanting to meet some fellow simmers in the Southland Region, im from invers and it seems if im the only down here... ....Kinda sucks, im into flying comercial and would love to pick some of ya brains or vice versa! but im getting into VFR slowley, Maybe i could be NZFF's southland's reporter Give me a hollar anyone

sorry but me Duckman and ZKTOM won't be able as we will all be studying for upcoming exams.
And not enough time as ZKTOM goes to Nelson every week-end and same with Duckman.

Well if some of you guys are coming to the "Wings and Wheels Over Waikato" Unsure if the Westpac boys and me will be there with the Bell 222B but I'll post back here if I hear anything more on whether we will or not because I will be keen to catch up with any of you if we do end up going just keep an eye out for the red over-alls or if we have our new Black ones just look for the only 2 guys wearing black "A - Team Rescue Helicopter Crew" over-alls.

From what they have said already this airshow is going to be the biggest airshow in NZ so it should be absolutely wicked.
