Looking for a suitable turboprop airliner (Freeware if possible) so can fly the IVAO IFR tour of NZ. Do not want the B1900 as cannot stand this a/c. UGLY. Looking for Dash 8,ATR, EMB etc. NZ pait scheme would be nice but it can be over here carring out route evaluations if in non NZ colours scheme. Thanks.

Probably the best freeware turboprop airliners available are the Dash-7 by Milton Shupe and the HS-748 by Rick Piper (and there is a Mount Cook scheme for this as well) - the only problem is that they are not current NZ airliners. The AFG YS-11 and Super King Air 300 are also very good but the YS-11 never flew here and the King Air is not an airliner. The other opion the Dreamwings Dash-8 (not sure whether this is available anymore) and the Premiair Aircraft design Dash-8 both which have NZ schemes. Hope this helps.

O.k. ok. - Freeware...

But if you have to invest a little bit - not much in my eyes - look for the ATR 72-500 made by flight1.com. Liveries for Origin and Mount Cook Airlines are available. I "fly" this aircraft many times and I like it. The second is the H.S. 748 from David Maltby, a good looking and flying aircraft. If you want a unusal aircraft with history, look out for the Armstrong Withworth "Argosy" Mk. 200, also made by David. Yes I know, they are withdrawn from service in the 90´s. But it is an aircraft something different and was in use with SAFE-Air.
