Does anyone have the Harald Nehring A300 and panel?

I tried flying it but I cant properly engage the ATH and I can't get it on V/S mode. The manual leaves no clues.
Can anyone help.

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.
