Any one have any idea wher the Boeing Vertol ZK-HCW of Columbia Helicopters has gone I have inspected the register and it has completely vanished.

I heard it has gone back to the US. It is definitley not here in NZ (It was based at my local airport).

I see that Helipros Dauphin has also been sold and has disappeared overseas.

Yeah I had a sneaky peak through a window down by Oceanias Hangar and saw the mammoth beast sitting in there never did get a chance to get up close to it.

Most likely but i do that they sold it to a company in romania because it was there when i went to visit is Parmy on the 24 of august :huh:

Wow Gavin, there are some truly stunning shots on that page!

I don't know what it is about the Bell Jetranger, but those shots of the stripped paintjob in low sunlight look absolute fantastic!

Some truly great shots there Gavin, loved the headon shotof the Boeing, looks like a HOT refuel!.
Beautiful Gazelle too.
Nice collection; do you time-and-place stamp the pics somewhere?

Superb ... thanx squirrel for the heads up , I brought the Alpha-sim model ,with idea to paint ... you no me , maybe i should get this info to the Alpha paint tent ? :)

I heard through the grapevine that Columbia helicopters machine went back to the states to help with the firefighting effort. It should be back from what I hear.

Ah Ok I heard a similar rumour but I thought they would just leave the rego on the register instead of removing it altogether.

Seeing there are a few helicopter fans here, I have just added some more photos to the working helicopters section on my website and will add more when I get a chance.
Building the site up has been a big task but all the hard work is nearly done.
