Great series Paul.
That Portland scenery can just blow your socks off huh?
The way the scenery gets more detailed as you approach an airport is absolutely masterful.
I swear he calculates it from the glideslope.
Try RW weather too...

Don't you love flying in the U.S. (next to N.Z. of course!)
(I'm preparing for a SFO-SAN flight soon)

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

yep love it - I am planning to do a virtual tour from the top of the Glacier Bay 2 scenery (Alaska) through a chunk of Alaska down to Vancouver and into Washington State/Oregon and across the top into Chicago and Boston and then down to Miami and eventaully into the Carribean - might take a while as I plan to use GA aircaft although I might jump into something faster and bigger for the longer legs (a biz jet probably). The plan is to tour a heap of top quality US/Canada scenery.

That scenery looks like the US equivalant to REAL NZ (Which, might I add, looks stunning on your new setup!)

I'm looking forward to following your tour, I did a USA one a few years back when I first installed flight simulator but didn't really know what I was doing- it will be good to relive it through the locations you visit ;)
