Nanchang Aerobatics

A place for 'real world' pilots and aviation enthusiasts to discuss their hobby

Was bored this evening watchin heaps of youtube videos and decided that I should try make one myself. So basicly I pulled out an old video of mine and taught myself the basics on windows movie maker, did a little editing, chucked some music on and this is the result !

Background to the flight, twas some time in the 2nd half of 2005 when I was doing a C-cat instructor rating. After a long incredibly boring day of briefings me and one of the other fallas doin it decided to go and have some fun for a change so we scraped togeather some coin and took the local Nanchang CJ-6 up for some aeros. Was good fun if I remember but didn't last long as short of coin and was very expensive, about $400 an hour at the time !!
Me in the front and Ant in the back videoing on his digi camera,- his first time upside down. After I had my go I talked him through some then we went back, over soo quick :(

Anyways just Basic aeros cos the ol chang can't do much,- it ain't a Pitts !! And had prob no more than 2 hours on type so no dissing !!

Feel free to make any comments an tips etc on the me video putting-togeather

Anyways, enjoy !
