Me and Naki were talking about the Toucan's impressive takeoff roll at Tauranga Airshow when Doug Brooker took off in his MX-2, which also pretty short:

Yes that MX-2 does have an impressive takeoff roll, it's usually airborne by just beyond the threshold markings at Ardmore.
