Can't wait ... had a Neighbour pissed off due to noise , had engine probs so was based in Wigram during a Southerly morning , possible,y whining a few up who brought housing on the old base , the LOVELY sound of the old Radial s at 11.30 ...... music to my ears ... PS 11.30 pm type night-time PLUS

your citabria pilot obviously ex-raaf was in contact with the c-17 crew via e-mail weeks prior to WOW , they confirmed it a week prior to the show that the caribous weren't coming not sure as to why WOW organisers didn't put out any Press release prior to the show as they would of know before hand of at least a 2-4 wks, and as you said -they no mention during the show, they must of hoped you wouldn't notice the lack of three bou's

A reliable source informs me the RAAF are no longer sending the C17 and Caribou aircraft to Wanaka. Anyone able to confirm this?
