Noticed a few interesting movements at Wanaka recently, and managed to get some nice shots, which I thought that I would share here:-







I know that a Tiger Moth is not a warbird, but it makes a nice comparison anyway.

Wow....today's definition of "warbird" must be quite different to that I was brought up believing if a Tiger can no longer be considered one....in that case, ZK-SAS (which never saw active service) surely can't be a warbird, and the Yak-3 that started out as a Yak-11 trainer is most definitely not a warbird either! Goodness me! You may have to retitle the thread now.... :P

Great pcs , its amazing to show/compare size between the 3 , the yak even compared to a spitty is small , 51 s never miss - superb YAK ATTACK :)
