Just three quick screenies of the Kiwi TPK warbird paint for the Sanderson Hurricane, as requested by Andrew.

Cheers

Y'know I thought I had a faulty installation, and was about to paint the port underside to match the :o other half...

Tsk tsk! The idea of the night and white undersides was so that the trigger-happy French and English ground forces wouldn't attack the Hurris over France! Later all Hurris, Spits and Gladiators returned to a sky or similar underside finish instead, and adopted a sky band around the aft fuse. Does no-one on here pay attention to the Wanaka books? ;)

History, gents, history! I'd post some screenies too, but FS is playing up for me atm...maybe later on...meantime, nice work Florian for persevering! Smart snaps!

I wouldn't have expected anyone else to answer that question for us, other than our resident walking-talking-aviation-history-encyclopaedia Zac. Thanks mate
