More great shots Naki. I think i like the one of the seawind the best.
It was a pretty good show. The next one must be in 2010? ;)

Paul , that little yellow/dayglo autogyro looks comfy , like how you use 'Robins REALNZTauranga' scenery as a back drop :)

Thanks for posting these Paul- were these the ones you took on your cellphone? If so, they are incredibly good quality!

BTW, I'm always seeing that Furio flying over my house these days, the sound is makes is really distinctive... hard to believe it is classified as a ultralight!

Cool shots again Naki.
The TRG airshow was the first I'd been to in ages and it pretty good really.
Some of the aircraft are pretty 'different' looking, but if it flies...
I will definitely get along to the next one (if it's in Tauranga, just maybe if its somewhere else), plus I'll try for WOW in 2010.

Nah not my cell phone unfortunatley - its taken on my wifes Nikon Coolpix 8 mp

I dont think the Furio is classifed as an ultralight as it has a 180hp engine and is too heavy - still very fast though. A few of the a/c pictured above are ultralights though including the Spitty, Fly Synthesis Texan (the white low wing job) and the high wing thing of unknown name. The FW190 may also be classified an ultralight.
