Nice one Q, love the over-the-nose shots, and the one from high looking down with the terrain below (over Magenta maybe?) looks wickedly realistic. Nice work!
Looks like a good machine to be buzzing around in too.

Your shots look great, I wouldn't say that is a cr@p computer. Thing you needed to do was get yourself a mesh before you departed :D Otherwise, awesome!

Nice shots Q300, you've captured the atmosphere well...

There is a mesh available for New Caledonia from nc.ivao.aero. As the site is in French - click on "Ressources" on the top menu, then "Téléchargements" on the left menu. ;)

Thanks Deeknow, Glad you like the over the nose pics, I was trying to go for something different and I had seen a few vids of kingairs from that view
The B300 is great too, awsome little thing I use almost as much as the D/C ^_^
Ive put the RXP jetline 2 gauges and the WX500 in and it realy tops the aircraft off, Although I get the feeling when I buy the Aeroworx B200 ill use that more :D

Thought i had better go and have a look and see what all the fuss is about.
Havnt been to New Caledonia for years...................
So, ........ into the trusty old B-733, and off to do some island hopping to New Caledonia..................

My first glimpse of Noumea-Tontouta International Airport (NWWW).....

The tower, looking to starboard , on landing....

The terminal building, looking out port-side while taxi-ing to the assigned gate

Air Calin DHC6 Twin Otter taxi-ing to the runway for takeoff.........

Other aircraft from Royal Tongan Air, Air Calin, and Air Vanuatu at the gates.........

Air Calin B-733 in front of the Air Calin Maintenence facility.............

Departing Noumea-Tontouta................

The ocean and small outlying islands hove into view as we gain altitude...........

My final glimpse of Noumea-Tontouta International Airport........................

Might have to go find a place to park up the B-733, and climb into a twin-turboprop and go have
a look at Noumea-Magenta Airport (NWWM) next..............

The scenery is a combination of the best bits from 2 different sceneries (1 from a french site, and i cant remember where i got the other), and also
some of my own work added to it as well.

While i was there, thought id better go have a look at Noumea-Magenta airport, NWWM.
Ditched the B-733, and "borrowed" a Dash-8 for the flight....................

My first glimpse of Magenta in the distance............................

Getting closer, it appears the decision to ditch the B733 for somethimg smaller was the right one...........

Looking out starboard side on landing..... a couple of Cessna 402s over at the Aeroclub hangers
on the GA side of the airport............

Turning off the main runway, taxi-ing towards the terminal.............

Looking out portside at the terminal building.....................

Taxi-ing to the assigned gate, Air Caledonie ATR-42s at the gates.............

Parked up at the gate.........................

Commercial aviation hangers and a parked ATR-42 over behind me..................

Taxi-ing out past the terminal for departure....................

Awaiting clearance from the tower for the runway.....................

Takeoff from Magenta...................

My final glimpse of Magenta on departure.........................

Interesting place New Caledonia,................. might have to visit a few more of the airports on the outlying islands.........

Ahhh Magenta, now there's a interesting place to fly into in the middle of the night or when it's pouring with rain. Unfortunately the scenery doesn't quite do it justice as all those buildings surrounding the airfield are actually on hills.
I take my hat off to the ATR drivers over there who spend their whole day flying in and out of 1000m strips.

Cant remember where i got them from , but maybe this would help in searching for them,..........................

New Caledonia Mesh, filename ncmesh.zip , by Jean-Gabriel Laurent.

Noumea-Magenta NWWM, filename NWWM.zip, by Xavier Labiste.

Noumea-Tontouta NWWW filename tontouta.zip, by Xavier Labiste.

As i said with Tontouta, its a combination of the best bits from 2 different sceneries, and my own work.
I have as yet to find the 2nd NWWW scenery on a back-up disc somewhere, so i can find the filename and author.

I have done a couple my self as well,.............. Moue, Des Pins Island, New Caledonia NWWE, and Oulop, Ouvea, New Caledonia NWWV.

A hop across the sea to Moue Airport, Des Pins Island, New Caledonia. NWWE.
"Borrowed" a Saab-340 for this little flight.............

Des Pins Island filling the view ahead......

My first glimpse of Moue Airport.....

Back-tracking down the runway after landing, heading for the terminal...

Turned off the runway onto the taxiway....

Passing by an Air Calin DHC-6 already at the gate

Taxi-ing to the assigned gate.....

A beautiful summers day in Paradise......

Moue's tower, beside the terminal.....

Awaiting clearance for the runway on departure....

Lift-off from Moue......

Goodbye to Moue Airport.......

Farewell glimpse of Moue Airport, and goodbye to Des Pins Island.

Next destination,......... Ouloup Airport, Ouvea Island, New Caledonia. NWWV.

Across the sea we go, and down to Ouloup Airport, on Ouvea in New Caledonia. (NWWV)
"Borrowed" an ATR-72 for the trip............................

Ouvea Island filling the view ahead..................

Getting closer to the coast now............

Looking out the starboard side, crossing the coast and beaches.....

My first glimpse of Ouloup Airport............

Looking out starboard side across to the terminal as we backtrack down the runway, heading for the terminal.......

Taxi-ing to the gate, Air Caledonie ATR-42s on the Apron.....

Parked in the assigned place,.....................

Another beautiful day in this island paradise, sitting at the terminal with a cold drink, looking back at our ATR-72....................

Time to go,........ looking back under our right wing for a farewell look at the terminal........

At the hold short, waiting for other traffic to clear the runway.........

Lift-off from Ouloup's runway,...... no wonder the local Air Caledonie boys use ATR-42s,...... our ATR-72 is just a little too large
for some of the fairly short runways they have over here................

A final farewell look back at Ouloup Airport, as we say goodbye to Ouvea Island in this beautiful tropical paradise of New Caledonia.

Hey Lawrie, what Saab model is that? Doesnt look like the old FS2002 one (also had an Air Nelson livery?)
judging by the flash steps under the door <_<

Looks like payware FFS Saab 340- which is no longer available since the company producing it disappeared from the FS scene...

It is indeed the payware FFS Saab 340. A VERY nice model !!
I also have Mike Stone's Saab-340 with several different Air NZ Paint jobs and regos.
