One good thing about getting older -- grown-up children, who put on birthday dinner parties. My son is cooking tonight and we're all going around to his place.

I'd be VERY surprised if family/friends even thought of flightsim stuff for me, they tend to think of me a bit differently -- most people who buy me pressies think of FS as a passing fad which I'll grow tired of soon...

Actually worked quite hard, but spent an hour on the phone to my son in London, and knocked off early...
