I want to get the 737.
Any comments on it.
How good are the wingviews?
Worth getting?

Isn't it evident?? Boeing are my favourite aircraft.

P.S. that's is my real birthday but I wish to keep my real age secret to keep you all pondering.

50North:
Model = good
Almost everything else = bad
Unreal flight dynamics, panel, default sound, poor GPS

On the other hand, there is the Wilco PIC model which I much prefer:
Model = average
The rest = great
Accurate dynamics, FMC, VC, good sounds.

I agree with Matt - go the wilco. When I fly I see the inside of the aircraft so super detailed external models just eat fps if you ask me.

Wilco's model is bad (too fat and not quite the right shape). Does it work with vista and Fs2004? (plus not enough money for it)

I can change the FDE. I already downloaded sounds and a panel (I'd just be getting the model).
All I want is a super realistic model with wingviews (which is why the Vistaliners doesn't work for me) and the FFX model isn't that flash but the 50 north seem to have got the whole model in proportion etc.

Correct, it's still worth getting for the realism. I think 50North is quite cheap from memory, so maybe save up for both, and merge the model from 50N with Wilco. Just an idea...

Yes, Wilco should work with Vista and FS9.

If it's just the model you're after, then go for the 50North I guess. If you want the whole package, go Wilco.

When I get a reply from the supermarket I will be able to start being a little less tight with money.
I was intending to do a Wilco 50North merge.

Do you have any wingview screenshots from the 50north?

I think the 50N model is one of the best out there - much better than Wilco in my book. smile.gif
