Hi All,

Finally photos of the trip.

Stream we crossed in bad weather, in a Hylux!

Found a beach bar 2m x 2m (Don't know dude on right, somehow got in photo)


Only Aircraft seen whole week.


Let at 2am and the photo of the return never showed up.

All in all an awesome break.

Also looks like there's something like a smudge on your camera lens winkyy.gif

I loved the "looking out" photo, making me want to go stay at a place like that! Nice!

Awesome place to stay. We stayed at Tanu Beach Fales at the top of Savaai.
Much better than the main island.
They treated you like family. Lots of huggs and a few tears when we left.
Made alot of friends.

They serve you breakfast and Dinner at set times with all eating together.


NZ$30 per person, includes meals and accomodation.

Will be going back with the kids.

Mealtimes spongebob with people and a very happy looking Cat biggrin.gif .. but look at that old glass Coca-Cola bottle .. thats so 70's Kiwianna ohmy.gif WOW

Hi Ian,

Yeah, it's like going back 30yrs. Around NZ$2 for one of those big bottles.
Grab a Duty Free rum and your set.
Meal times were great. Met new people everyday. I always Grabbed a seat next to someone I didn't know. Great way to meet people.

Great pics, thanks for posting Derek- reminds me very much of Rarotonga.

That river flood looks really intrepid, just the sort of experience that makes traveling overseas a memorable huh?
