Gday Glen, and welcome to the forums.

Are you using fs2004 of fsx? If you run the latter, and are installing 'nzqnv1.0.zip' by Peter Lohr and Robin Corn- bear in mind it was designed for the older fs2004 software and may not be compatible.

Glen , Select and copy the entire Texture folder of the NZQN airport scenery and copy and paste into the main FS9 texture folder .
Sometimes it just needs a kickstart .

Yeah i tryed it the other night in FSX sp2 accel and it was horrible frames dropped down to 3flp 18nm away ,so i turn away from there and back up to 25 ,mount cook works fine though and was just the way it was in Fs9

Have you since "tweaked" the use of PL's Queenstown to a satisfactory outcome - in FSX.

Yeah well ive done it with other types of scenery that do this drop frames ,so i removed the older afcad files out and sweet ,,though i always start with just the photoreal files and then drop one file in at a time restart or refresh the cache in the scenery library menu and see what happens each time soon you will find the bad file/files and make sure they get deleted,,so then you have a base ,maybe not all it was there ,but a start /base that can be worked on over time
so once you have it working you mite just to make a new afcad ..

i would just have ago at modding it ,im pretty sure it will work thumbup1.gif
