can anyone help i downloaded carenado's cessna182rg for fs9 and fsx having trouble with instaling this peace. The plane works in fsx, when raining cant see out the window??? winkyy.gif

[b][b]In order to run Carenado’s Cessna 182RG in FSX, FIRST YOU MUST INSTALL THE AIRCRAFT IN THE FSX FOLDER. (EXAMPLE: C:/……./FSX)

Then follow these steps:

1.Double click on the file “UPCARC182RGIIFSXâ€￾ and click on “NEXTâ€￾.
2.Choose the path to your FSX folder (C:/…../FSX) and click on “NEXTâ€￾
3.Click on the “STARTâ€￾ button.
4.Leave the check mark on the “Launch Upgrade Carenado Cessna 182RG II For FSXâ€￾ option and then click on “EXITâ€￾.
5.Wait a few seconds while the software updates the aircraft. (A black window will appear).

First time you use the aircraft you may be prompted to “Executeâ€￾ or “No Executeâ€￾ by the Microsoft Security Alert System, just ignore it and click “Executeâ€￾ to install the gauges. Then click on “Yesâ€￾ in the next dialog window. Repeat this sequence around 7 times (this will depend on how many gauges has the aircraft)

This patch only makes this aircraft compatible with FSX and adds thumbnails and different views from outside.

i have tryed to install it dont no where to put it please help winkyy.gif

Are you able to get any screenshots to show this? So is it only when it rains there is a problem?

Good to hear you got it sorted it.
I don't know anyone who could repaint for you, but have you looked on Avsim.com or Flightsim.com?
Just about every addon can be found on one of those sites. smile.gif

You could even learn yourself, it's not supposed to be all that hard and there are heaps of online tutorials.
